They easy going and proffetional. Service good. They really stong to hold the price š . I don't found them easy to reduce price. May be next time ....lol

Positive and seamless process selling my unit
From the initial property market valuation, to arranging photos and home open, to concluding the sale, Max's professionalism showed through. A set commission price with no additional charges was also a positive.

Refreshing No Nonsense
Max sold me my unit well over 10 years ago and I did not hesitate to use him again to sell two of our investment properties. Unlike most, Max tells it as it is and does not do the typical "tell me what I want to hear" sales pitch which personally I cannot stand. He has a wide network of potential buyers and has been able to get offers for both of our properties even before a home open. I would highly recommend Max to those who want a straight forward no BS experience.

James is fantastic!

Quick Sale with Reasonable Price Outcome
We were hoping for a slightly higher price, however, market didn't mirror our expectations. James and his team were open with the price we were able to achieve and we got an offer with only one home open. Commission was good compared to other companies. He didn't try to rip us off with unnecessary advertising costs.
