He did manage to get my sale through even though it was a bit tricky from my end, I always knew where I stood in this process. We highly recommend Simon to anyone looking to sell their proeprty. We feel that Simon went above and beyond what other agents were willing to do in order to sell our property (and yes we had tried other agents). The long distance from his office to our property was no deterrent for Simon when it came to getting people through the door for inspections and I know he made the sale of our property a top priority. We never had to worry about our house when the keys were in his hands, with it always being looked after and locked properly upon him and prospective buyers leaving. Our property was sold in much less time than we had expected it to and this was because of the time and effort Simon put into the job.
