Simon was a pleasure to deal with in every aspect during the sale and nothing was an issue. Even during some trying times prior to settlement, his service was impeccable and his calming nature helped sort out any problems that arose. After settlement his service was still 100% which is very unusual, as the sale had gone ahead and most other estate agents I've dealt with in the past wouldn't have cared for the customer after settlement.
