Excellent and concise advice on appraisal.
Jo's follow up contact and professionalism, gave us confidence that we had chosen the right Agent. During this period Jo kept us fully informed as to how the sale of our house was proceeding. Nothing was too much trouble. Jo explained all the legal requirements, sometimes coming to visit to make sure we were comfortable with our decision to sell what had been our home for 48 years. I met Jo when I was checking out the area and before I’d sold my home. She’s friendly and easy to talk to. I felt after chatting with her that she understood what I was looking for. The planets aligned, my home sold , Jo sent a text to say she’d just listed a place that ticked my boxes. It ticked them all! Jo was able to arrange a second inspection at short notice. My offer was accepted a few days later. The process has been simple, smooth with a few laughs. I’ve felt that I’ve been in professional caring hands throughout the process.

House sale.
I sold a house with Coopers 20 years ago, Jo Nathan was my agent who went above and beyond to make the sale easy, so just recently we chose Coopers again to sell our home and once again Jo made it all so easy. Jo had someone in mind for our house as soon as she came through, she knew our house would be perfect for them as she knew the market and what was available so well. Once again just like 20 years Jo ago made it all so easy we just left it to Jo and the job was done. Fabulous service, Jo goes way above what is actually required of her. Fantastic Result
