Couldn’t recommend Jo any higher. It was mine and Jess first time selling a house and we had already purchased a house so the pressure was on to sell. Jo helped us every step of the way, she had buyers lined up from the get go and we sold within a week. Her knowledge for the market was unbelievable she guided us through the open house and then when the offers came in helped us sift through it. Hopefully we don’t have to move again but if we do we’ll come straight back to Jo. Do yourselves a favour and sign her up if your selling

From the get go, Jo was on board quickly with offering advice to us on getting our home ready for sale and we instantly felt comfortable with her warm nature and her knowledge of the industry was superb. Once we were ready to go, Jo instantly arranged for photos and inspections of our property quickly as we advised we needed a quick sale. With the pressure of a quick sale needed, Jo went above and beyond to get potential buyers through and this paid off as we sold our house very quickly even being over the Christmad period!
