Fantastic support buying during lockdown
We bought a house unseen during lockdown, which was only possible thanks to Joanne's wonderful work. Initially I emailed her about a different house, which proved unsuitable for us. Unlike other agents who just return generic emails, Jo sent a personalised prompt reply. From there she matched our needs with a potential property. She arranged photos and videos to be supplied by the vendor, which gave us the confidence to buy. Throughout the process her communication has been friendly, clear and prompt, nothing is too much trouble. She's done a great job for us and the vendors. Thank you.
