We can't commend Jo highly enough for her patient cheerful demeanour explaining the ins and outs of buying a block of land. The first attempt at buying a block fell through. Jo did a lot of work on that sale and even though it fell through she treated us with respect . We saw Jo several time after that and it was always with a happy smile an "how is everything going", even showing concern at our situation. When we finally were in the position to try getting another block there was Jo ready and willing to help us. Even though she knew we were dealing with other agents as well, she always wished us well. We hold Jo in the highest regard and finally our relationship with Jo allowed us to buy a block which she had recommended. Without Jo we would not have found the Block we liked. For cheerful, patient and kind help we definitely owe her a bottle of Champagne.

I recently purchased a property through Jo and she made the whole process effortless and easy. She is honest and upfront and goes above and beyond - meeting on a Sunday on her rare day off for an inspection and also after hours on a weekend to put the SOLD sticker on the board as she knew I really wanted to do it. This is the 5th time I have purchased a property and I have never had an agent communicate so much and deliver so much service and make me feel valued and appreciated. From day dot Jo has been nothing but amazing. Always helpful, professional and enthusiastic. Joanne was fantastic, she developed a marketing strategy that lead to over 20 people coming to the first open house we held and the house sold that weekend. She was also especially fantastic because, although a quick sale thanks to Jo’s hard work, the circumstances under which the sale occurred weren’t ideal due to it being a court required sale because of a separation. Jo handled this fantastically and I would absolutely recommend her, and L Cooper Somerville for future house sales
