I wouldn't hesitate to recommend L Cooper R/E or Jo Nathan. They were competitive in costs, communication was excellent backed up with exceptional follow up and negotiation skills. In selling a property you must engage an agent that has strong market knowledge, confidence in the property you are selling, stays in constant contact with you and will negotiate for you as they work for the vendor not the purchaser if they are any good. Jo did all this and comes with a strong local integrity . I wouldn't hesitate to recommend to anyone that they engage Jo and L-Cooper R/E

Joe, Sorry I have been so long getting back to you re Rate My Agent. Richard and I were very happy with the outcome of the sale at Unit 5/ 109 Marine Parade Hastings 3915. With this happening within a 4 week period. Why did we choose L Cooper Real Estate Somerville over the other agent we had a valuation from? Your advertising price and commission was way better. Yourself and Phill were very approachable when you both came to view the unit. We didn't hear either of you saying we can do this and we can do that, which most agents drum into you. No pressure was put on us. Let us know if you want us to list it for you. Simply, Easy and Honest. Before the unit had been listed on the market you had rang us with a very good offer. Unfortunately the settlement date did not suit us. Your second offer we also declined. To your credit you did not push us in any way to take either of these offers. Offers were still coming in and yes we did take the next offer, which resulted in the sale of the unit. We both appreciated that you came to our house for the signing of the pappers. As Richards health was not the best at this time. We have made several comments to different people that we would recommend L Cooper as a reliable and friendly Real Estate Agent even rhough your office is in Somerville.
