I had my property sold by Jackson of LJ Hooker Sunnybank Hills mid 2016 and i can tell you i was really nervous at first as this will be my first property for sale. Jackson not only provide me assurances but also provided me with valuable advises that would give me the best sale results! His network is large and that really a big plus. Eventhough i need to pay a little more, i never doubt his advises as other agents never able to give me the confidence as Jackson does. The one thing that really stood up, is Jackson attitude of never let go any opportunities until the very last minute before closing of deal. Infact, he skipped his lunch to private inspect by a potential buyer(eventually the new owner) eventhough i have told him i am ready to close the deal of with another buyer. His hardword is really commendable! I wish him best of luck!
