Melanie gave us a realistic appraisal of our property, along with a detailed campaign strategy, culminating with an Auction on 30 September. Melanie attended all of the open days of which there were many, and regularly kept in touch with us to report on progress. I the end our apartment sold a few days before the auction for a figure well over what we were expecting, a great result we were thrilled. I think this result was in no small part due to Melanie's experience and negotiation skills with potential buyers. I highly recommend Melanie. The whole experience went very smoothly and we were delighted with the result.
