From the start Roger guided us with advice on what needed to be done, the presentation, expected paper work and legal requirements. The advertising was excellent, ie the photos and description. Roger was dedicated to the sale and opened every weekend even though he had to travel quite a distance. Every week we had written and verbal feedback of interest in the property. Chris Forde did an excellent job managing an unexpectedly challenging sale through to settlement. The buyers' building inspection identified termite damage and as sellers we had to engage a builder to remediate which delayed settlement for several months.
