Roger was fair and honest in all aspects of his role as agent for the property. He presented the features of the property realistically: both its strengths and weaknesses. He advocated for the vendor, making their position within the market very clear, yet he was able to successfully broker a deal that was satisfactory to both vendor and buyer.
