Lisa from Laing and Simmons helped me find quality tenants and get investment property ready to market under a short timeframe. Efforts much appreciated.

Laing + simmons helped me put my first property up for rental. They covered all bases and were a one stop shop for all the information that I needed and set me up with all the coverage I needed. They told me exactly what I needed to do and once the property was handed over they quickly found me a tenant and are managing the property on my behalf and neatly compiling everything into a report for me at the end of the year. The experience has been smooth and easy from beginning to end and I would definitely recommend Lisa and her team.

Professionalism and courtesy extended at every point of contact with PM Natalia Asplet. Her gentle nature and hard working approach to all I asked, her proactive and thorough work ethic allowed me to relax and stand back and let her take over. Natalia looked after my property like it was her own and followed my every request and instruction. Her knowledge is second to none and I could not have been happier with my experience and outcome.
