All estate agents that had helped assist me with this property were really helpful and professional. They couldn’t have made it any more easier for me. I’m happy with what I’ve been left with

I just wanted to say how easy L&S are to deal with on a day to day basis. We are both a Landlord and Tenant with L&S and they go over and above on both fronts. Their friendly staff have a can do attitude and are always there to rely on. Highly recommend!

I dealt with Natalia and she was helpful and friendly. No nonsense, no mucking around or time wasting. I have since spoken with her a few more times and each time she has been knowledgeable and helpful. Much better than previous agencies I have dealt with!

After purchasing a property through Laing + Simmons Miranda and being impressed with the service I received from Michael Green as a first home buyer, it was a no brainer for me to go back to Laing + Simmons when searching for a property manager. All contact and communication I have received from Michelle and Jordan has been exceptional in regards to leasing my property. I have complete trust they have my best interest at their forefront at all times.
