A good result was achieved when our property sold at auction after a very well run 3 week sales campaign by Peter and Michael Green. They have the perfect balance of friendliness and professionalism. Their knowledge of the sales process, the market and experience with buyers was very reassuring and definitely achieved the best possible outcome for us.

Thank you Peter for all your hard work in getting our property sold. It wasn't an easy transaction but you made it simple with your fantastic communication and wonderful service throughout. As a first home buyer I was unfamiliar with the entire process and Michael was patient with my questions, talked me through everything and made sure I was always kept in the loop. He made purchasing my first property easy and enjoyable.

Michael Green didn't try and buy the listing by promising the world like other agents were trying to do , As an investor I knew exactly how much my property was worth and based on comparable sales in the area he was upfront and on target. You can instantly tell someone with lots of experience as he knew exactly what he was dealing with, which delivered a very quick, hassle free sale above what I was hoping for. Also the marketing team that did the virtual furniture did an amazing job, this definitely caused a flurry of interest on the property. I Would recommend Michael to sell your property in shire ..
