From the onset of listing my property Peter and Michael were direct, honest and straight forward. The communication channels were excellent from the beginning through to the end. They would be my first choice when selling again and I would definitely recommend them to any serious vendor.

Michael was great. Through the process of selling our house & my purchase of a new property his advice & information was great. He kept us informed at all stages by phone ,email & personal contact. At no stage did we feel under pressure to sell/buy. He understood my needs for new purchase & steered me away from places to buy so I did not waste my time. Very happy to recommend both him & Peter. Cheers.

Michael is extremely professional, nothing is too much trouble. He has excellent local market knowledge and is adept at quickly understanding the needs and aspirations of potential buyers. Michael's empathy sets him apart from many other agents as does his clear, honest communication. I would recommend Michael to anyone selling property in the Sutherland Shire.

I can safely say that from the moment my husband and I met Peter we were confident we had found our agent but still went through the process of other arranged interviews. And we are so very pleased with our decision to enlist Peter's help. We achieved a good sale price both from his market appraisal and sales strategy and at no time were we in the dark regarding open house feedback. The whole process was seamless and worry free. Thank you Peter for making this transition so painless.

Michael has a pleasant demeanour when dealing with him. For first time buyers, he has been very helpful and informative about the property, the area and the buying process. After exchange, we also found him very accommodating when organising tradesmen to view the property. Overall, a very nice gentleman that we would recommend a seller (or buyer) to use.
