Thorough About Being Thorough! Just finished the sale of my parents house today with Emily & Chris. It's not until you get to the end of the process that you realise these two really do hide their light under a bushel. In the case of this sale, Chris just kept chunking away in the engine room right from the first meeting, then offering up regular and ongoing statistics and then being extremely detailed about the completion of the contracts. Emily freely dispensed her can-do attitude through a generous combination of charm, experience and respect for all involved. It's proof in the pudding when the successful bidder at a raging auction with masses of registered bidders insists on telling you, the vendor, how courteous Emily had been at every stage. The auction winner was also determined to let us know that Emily would always linger that bit longer when needing to be available to show the home, even on repeated occasions. Although I don't sell real estate, I have run numerous critical businesses for well over forty years and experience tells me that truly professional success always requires the kind of immediate and transparent communication offered by Emily & Chris. Right from the start we were neither pushed nor pulled but rather I felt like we were walking side by side while being readily included into a temporary yet very tight team. These two are courteous, dignified, punctual, transparent, diligent and, most importantly of all, they are honest.
