Megan is the consummate professional. She is acutely aware of the Rozelle/Lilyfield/Balmain peninsula market - my first contact with her came from her weekly emails outlining new listings, giving price guides when publicised and reporting on sales and auction results. Her appraisal of my house wasn't the highest however it was the most honest and based on the goal of selling the house - not achieving the listing.
