Excellent Service
As a landlord, I am always kept up to update with maintenance requests which are arranged on my behalf, notified promptly if a current tenant will be leaving, provided information on potential tenants to assist with accepting a tenancy. I can't praise Gabby enough for her level of service. Nothing is too much trouble, she answers all my questions promptly and there is nothing that I have to actually do. I receive regular feedback on property inspections so I'm aware of the condition of the property at all times. So very glad I made a phone call to Andrew quite a few years back now and changed over my property management to his team. A very happy customer and have no hesitation in highly recommending Laing and Simmons Blacktown.

Fast, easy and quick responses!

Our experience
My wife and I were leaving an untenable rental situation and came to Laing+Simmons. Lucky enough to have Rebecca assigned to us who was more than helpful through out the entire process from house viewings to lease signing. Without the help of Rebecca, her patience and professionalism we may not have been able to leave our unfortunate circumstances. Rebecca went above and beyond for us, attempting to make contact with our uncooperative land lord for a week and remaining in constant contact through out our entire process. We could not thanks the Laing+Simmons team and Rebecca enough for their commitment in getting us into a new home.
