Matthew Armanda went above and beyond to help us lease the unit. He kept us up to date on the inspection and the feedback received from the people who came to see the place. He successfully coordinated some marketing photos and made sure we got the most out of the investment by timing them appropriately (e.g. when the unit was vacant, cleaning had been carried out and repairs completed). It sounds like common sense, but it no always that obvious. Melissa and Ellie were also great in coordinating the repairs to the unit and help leasing it. They were able to provide a brief the contractors a choose the investment that yielded the best value for money. Very professional team - I definitely recommend Laing + Simmons Blacktown!

We went to view the house on the 14th November! We were greeted by Matthew who was so friendly. Even though the house didn’t look like a usual opening house with the other tenants preparing to move out Matthew remained professional and continued to answer questions we had.
