Danny and his wingman - Chantal - are a great team. Danny was great at some things and Chantal was great at the other things. Together an absolutely top team. What Danny promised or relayed was followed through, and he never provided conflicting views to different parties. His views of price and sale process were quite accurate. My only thought is i probably should have gone past one inspection and maybe drawn out buyers better. But my sale price was in the price range Danny had always indicated and I felt pressured (not by Danny) to sell. Maybe a bit prematurely. Would totally recommend Danny and Chantal

We are both very happy with Maggie, Steven and their team's work. Steven listens and we found from our first meeting that we could communicate with him. He has a very good knowledge of the market and provided good advice about how to market and sell our house. Maggie is a very valuable person because she is able to communicate effectively with Chinese purchasers.

Steven did a wonderful job for us. Great team work - managing to get the highest price recorded in our street. Rang and followed through each client personally, discussing every potential client with us after each showing. Steven could communicate effectively with Chinese clients, critical in the current property market. Unlike many agents, Steven realized that women generally are the ones who make the final decision when selling or purchasing a property.

Steven was great to deal with & low maintenance. A really good initial discussion with Steven including a realistic guide to price range & prospects. He helped us achieve a price at the upper end of the parameters that he had suggested to us. The campaign was stress free & we were updated on inspection numbers & genuine interest regularly.
