I have made a sale of an apartment with Danny Doff from afar, which is not a particularly easy thing to do. Danny has been wonderful conferring and informing me of all the details of preparation for a sale, then preparing the apartment for sale and giving me feedback from prospective buyers, followed by guiding me through the Auction process. His professionalism, attention to detail, knowledge of a client base and caring which he has shown, have made this sale so easy. I have no hesitation in recommending him for his personality or skills set.

Danny recently sold my terrace apartment at Woolloomooloo Wharf. I was very happy with the whole process, and would recommend him to others. I liked that he was always so responsive and always kept me up-to-date, and offered good advice in preparing the property for sale. He appears to have a good database of contacts/buyers, and came across as “switched on”, persistent and trustworthy. I also really liked the photos and advertising (and the ultimate price achieved). I have sold several properties over the years with other agents, and this was my best experience. If I was selling another property in the future, I would use him again.

Selling a property from overseas with a 14 hour time difference could have potentially been a nightmare, however Danny took the anxiety away. With an excellent balance of regular communication without badgering Danny was mindful of my time commitments and stepped over and beyond. As a result the property sold at auction for over and above the asking which I am overjoyed with. I would highly recommend Danny and his team.

I have known Steven for at least 10 years and has now sold three properties for me . What I like is it feels he cares about every facet of the sale, the right photographer ,the copywriting and the gives me truthful feedback on the property. Twice I have agreed to certain price and he has out of his on endeavours achieved more than that price . Steven is first and foremost a calm and decent person. He is a thorough professional and excellent communicator. Steven gave us realistic and accurate advice throughout the entire process of selling our property. He targeted the right potential buyers, was respectful of all of the other parties involved keeping everyone informed Some of the other parties proved to be very challenging and difficult. We achieved a sale, we are happy with the result and Steven did and outstanding job for us.
