We recently purchased our property from Garry. From the moment we met I knew that Garry was different to all the other real estate agents that I had had dealings with before. It is defineately a sellers market at the moment which made it VERY difficult and often disheartening being the buyer. Although Garry was working for the vendor, he was also able to remain very genuine, honest and respectful with us, the buyers. This is not seen very often these days and it was very refreshing. He is an excellent communicator and nothing was ever a problem. If I ever needed a real estate agent I would defineately give my business to Garry. From the first phone call we made to meet with him, Mark has always been highly professional, prompt and courteous. We were very impressed with the way in which Mark handled the sale of our house. He was extremely knowledgeable with the market conditions and really took great attention to detail in promoting our home. As a result of this, there was an overwhelming response to our open house with an offer being accepted on the first weekend it was open to the public. Mark always kept us informed during the whole sale process and we were very pleased with the final sale price.
