A good agent
When it comes to buying a property, especially if you're new at the job, (and most of us are) then you need an agent who will inspire, and has the knowledge & commitment to give you the options and opportunity to buy with confidence. Such a person is Garry Cooper, who comes right to the point and instinctively seem to know exactly what you want. When you've made the decision he remains in touch and approachable. This is a good real estate agent.

Garry helped us buy our first home!
As you can imagine, buying a house can be stressful at the best of times. Imagine having to do it while you are 8 months pregnant. During this time, Garry has been phenomenal help. He was extremely thoughtful of our situation and I really appreciate that. Specifically, Garry had immense knowledge of Kings Langley/ Kings Park area. He had communicated promptly. Mark was our choice to sell our home in Kings Langley. We were unsure if we wanted to sell as we had just retired, and Mark had come out on 2 occasions to give advice.(2 years) When we did decide to sell, Mark gave us valuable information in presentation of our house. Agreed on a selling price and commission. Kept in contact for every process of sale. Mark is polite, a good listener, always well dressed, (even on his days off when he had to comve in to work for 1hour). It was a pleasure to have Mark sell our home. We were both happy with the sale of our home.
