By joining Laing+Simmons Liverpool, Rick Mancini’s career has come full circle. In his younger years he worked in real estate in the Western Sydney market, before broadening his horizons in the hospitality sector, then working in a conveyancing role in a busy law firm. While this experience gave him a unique skill set and depth of knowledge that his clients can tap into, real estate has always been where his heart lies. Rick’s focus is on south west Sydney, one of Australia’s fastest growing regions, but also a place with a distinct local identity, a sense of community, and an area locals are genuinely passionate about. Lots of agents talk about being passionate but with Rick, it’s written all over his face. He’s got a great eye for detail and real marketing nous, and he specialises in devising tailored strategies for his clients shaped by their individual needs and circumstances.
