In his younger years he worked in real estate in the Western Sydney market, before broadening his horizons in the hospitality sector, then working in a conveyancing role in a busy law firm. While this experience gave him a unique skill set and depth of knowledge that his clients can tap into, real estate has always been where his heart lies. Rick’s focus is on south west Sydney, one of Australia’s fastest growing regions, but also a place with a distinct local identity, a sense of community, and an area locals are genuinely passionate about. Excellent review for Rick Mancini

Rick Mancini should be commended on his sale of the sale of 57 Clyde Avenue Moorebank. In the seller's opinion he has gone up and beyond the expectations of a real estate agent. Under difficult circumstances including an older type of structure, difficult tenants and the current Market, Rick secured a good deal for the seller. Rick was always very prompt with his responses to queries, awesome with his negotiation skills and kept a cool head at all times, nothing was too difficult. On the final day of inspection Rick was even there getting his hands dirty as well to secure the sale!!
