Having owned my investment property for more than 10 years, I had a different local Agency looking after my property. I was unhappy with the service, communication and the poor handling of my asset. I reached out to Michelle from Laing and Simmons Miranda and it was probably the best decision I made for my Property. Michelle took extra care of my needs and objectives with the property and helped me renovate the whole place and when it was all ready, got a tenant in there within the week. Laing and Simmons Miranda accommodated a same day inspection from an enquiry on a rental property and organised our rental and pet approval within two days of submitting our application. They communicated everything to us quickly during the whole process as well. Our Property Manager Karly is always available, quick to deal with any issues we have and is very understanding.
