Doing an interstate move is quite daunting especially to a new area, Laing + Simmons in particularly Natalia has made it such an exciting, lovely, kind and nurturing experience. I truly could not be more thankful with how wonderful and warm and welcoming the L+S have been. Also they are incredibly thorough beyond expectation, as I was out of the state for the entry report I had someone do it for me who is not only a self confessed but everyone else knows he to be a clean freak/OCD with crazy high expectations and she said the realestate have done and overly thorough job which is so appreciated and not expected. I've been leasing through L&S Miranda for about a decade and I have always felt like I can trust them and their judgements in regards to tenants, rent or anything that arises. There hasn't been many issues in regards to the property at all in the time I have been with L&S Miranda, but everything has been dealt with quickly and proficiently.
