Considered myself lucky to deal with Laing and Simmons/ Miranda from the very beginning. I’ve rented a unit in Sutherland for two and a half years and believe that the people from Laing and Simmons are the real professionals. From my experience: - Clear and polite communications without any delay either by phone or email - All property maintenance requests attended in a shortest time - Plenty of time has been always given to prepare for the proprty inspections - Clarity and honesty in money matters, eg- rental payments, bond - Whatever the need, request or a question I had- they always been there for me. Not to mention some yammy things left once the inspection done. :) Most of my time I deualt with Lisa Moore, the property manager and it’s always been a pleasure. Thank you.

L&S have been brilliant to deal to with. All the way from the initial property inspection, subsequent walk throughs and finally putting pen to paper on the lease agreement. Jaryd Creswell was our Property manager and was fantastically helpful. Jaryd was friendly, knowledgeable and caring. Going well out of his way to make sure all of our queries and concerns were met and pacified. I cannot thank Jaryd and the team enough. They have been brilliant throughout the whole process. Will certainly be looking to Jaryd to help us with our next move!
