Over the years i have experienced a few Real Estate Agencies that are no match for L&S Miranda. Michelle, Stephen, Lisa, Fran & co. have all been very helpful, friendly and considerate towards my circumstances. I know who they are and they know who i am, this helps me trust them with any property for inspections and repairs. On occasions where i have required repairs their responses has been really quick and i know what's happening at every stage, even more so at times of urgency. The workmanship of their trades are of a high standard too. I have noticed they are very knowledgeable of the market in the area and in my past searches for properties they have mentioned other properties that they think would be better suited for me, two of them i ended up moving into. We had the absolute pleasure of renting a property that was managed by the team at Laing and Simmons Miranda. During every interaction we had with them we were pleasantly surprised by the level of service and the thorough nature that they went about the jobs. Examples of this range from the frequency of updates throughout the application process whereby we were kept in the loop at every step of our application, through to the extremely prompt response to maintenance requests where is most cases we had a response within a couple of hours outlining what the next steps were. From an owners point of view there were thorough and regular inspections of the property with a detailed report outlining any works that needed to take place to keep the property in good condition. I would have no hesitation in recommending Michelle, Lisa and the team at Laing and Simmons Miranda to any property owner looking for a thorough agent to ensure that their asset is well looked after or a tenant who is looking for an agent who will treat you with respect and honesty.
