Impeccable service with a personal approach
We can not fault Laing and Simmons, in particular Natalia and Michelle, for managing our property. They have been outstanding in managing our property with fantastic communication, clear advice, in-depth understanding of the market and efficient service. We could not fault their management of our property with a personal and professional approach and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for property management in southern Sydney.

Fantastic service and very knowledgeable
Our property manager was very helpful, leveraging her extensive experience. Lisa was always available and willing to support us on the multiple decisions we had to make regarding repair and maintenance, rental amount and tenant selection. Thank you Lisa!

Couldn’t recommend them enough
Doing an interstate move is quite daunting especially to a new area, Laing + Simmons in particularly Natalia has made it such an exciting, lovely, kind and nurturing experience. I truly could not be more thankful with how wonderful and warm and welcoming the L+S have been. Also they are incredibly thorough beyond expectation, as I was out of the state for the entry report I had someone do it for me who is not only a self confessed but everyone else knows he to be a clean freak/OCD with crazy high expectations and she said the realestate have done and overly thorough job which is so appreciated and not expected. Friendly and trustworthy
I've been leasing through L&S Miranda for about a decade and I have always felt like I can trust them and their judgements in regards to tenants, rent or anything that arises. There hasn't been many issues in regards to the property at all in the time I have been with L&S Miranda, but everything has been dealt with quickly and proficiently. It's great when you can almost forget about your investment property, knowing its being looked after.
