Being the first time selling a home I was really apprehensive when trying to make a decision on an agent. Not only was Peter in contact with me regularly he also was available to meet me out of hours for both inspections and pre purchase inspection. The delight of me arriving at newly purchased property to see a beautiful massive ribbon on my front door and the extremely thoughtful gifts of a candle and champagne on kitchen bench was above and beyond what I expected!
