I found Laing and Simmons, Miranda to have the good old fashion 'personal touch', along with professionalism and great follow up. I recently purchased a property in Caringbah, it is a townhouse and though I was looking for a villa and not in Caringbah, they had listened to my requirements and encouraged me to at least have a look at this property.
