From the time I looked at the rental property to when I received the call that I was the preferred applicant was fast and very professional. To be able to communication via email with Laing +Simmons regarding all aspects of the rental property and lease was very easy and understandable.

Famous and excellent
Dear representative of Laing and Simmons Mount Druitt This is to certify that I liked Unit 14/331. I liked very much the spacious area of each part of the unit. It’s location which I was looking for. There’s one thing that’s very important for me and every one in general. There is no (water supply) connected with the toilet after using it. I am talking about the toilet seat and not the toilet water tank. Grateful if the estate agent takes action. Otherwise, I liked the unit very much.

Stress-Free Renting - Thanks to Raihana!
I can’t recommend Raihana enough! She made renting out my property at Penrith way less stressful than I expected. From the start, she was super easy to talk to and really listened to what I wanted. She took care of everything from taking great photos, arranging tradesmen, giving competitive quotes for minor work and listing the property to handling all the inquiries and showing it to potential tenants. What I appreciated most was how quickly she found the right tenants and kept me updated throughout the whole process.
