Receptionist (Hayley) - always responded to my enquires with patience, friendly and cooperatively. 3. Katrina (property manager) - Always provided me with up-to-date information in relation rental and legislative updates for landlords. 4. Christina (team leader, property management) - She was my previous property manager. These days she is very busy with her increased responsibility but whenever I approach her with some special issues she takes out time out of her busy schedule to help me with her expert advice.
