We decied to sale our property within Mount Druitt area and approached Ali based on the google reviews he had from previous vendors. It was a excellent interaction and relation from the get go. Ali provided a valuable advice to hold off until new year, as the market activity is low during christmas period. He listed the property in new year, working with my existing property manager to co-ordinate Inspections with tenant, provided valuable feedback about inspections. He setup right expection for the potential sale price considering market in the area. He also helped me find a good solicitor.
