Ashton has been great since we first spoke over a year ago. He kept in touch until I was ready to sell but never pushy! Once I was ready, he advised & helped me organise some minor renovations to help attract more buyers. When we finally put it on the market, there was 2 other townhouses for sale in the same complex, however, in one week, ashton was able to negotiate a record!! well above the other 2 agents sales. He had great communication throughout the process. Definitely recommend!
