You were able to reassure us when we got nervous and kept us on track to ensure that we got an amazing result. In the leadup to the sale we probably asked a lot more of you than your normal clients, as we were not in Sydney to deal with things ourselves. From meeting with tenants, suggesting and organizing stylists, answering our every phone call (of which there were many), liasing with our conveyancer when requested to do so and handling lots of last minute requests from prospectives purchasers; you handled it all in such a positive and timely way. Jude was fantastic guidng us through the sale of my parent's property. We initially started our search only interested in a town home, Jude had told us about a property that was great, however I ruled it out as it was a unit, Eventually we viewed not thinking much to it after Jude's advise to come have a look and we fell in love, With Jude's help we purchased our home we will be very happy in for a long time. Jude has been very supportive, Has great knowledge of the building and area and is a approachable person and also available at all times often taking time out of her own life on Sundays to show us around. After a terrible experience with an agent before this we were very put off however Jude turned that around for us! Thank you!
