We had been looking at a number of properties over many months the length and breadth of the Northern Beaches. We first inspected the property at a late Saturday afternoon inspection (which we would not have been able to have done if it was an inspection in the morning only), followed up by a private inspection on the Monday. By Tuesday evening there was offer and acceptance and an exchanged Contract followed first up Wednesday morning. The speed of the transaction could not have occurred without Judy. Always clear and concise in her communications there was no doubt Judy was getting the best result for her vendors, and at the same time was ensuring we were able to secure our new home. Judy's warmth and passion for real estate was evident at every stage of our dealings and has continued since exchanging contracts.
