Knowledgeable, professional and not your usual 'agenty' experience
From my limited experience, either in the position of buying or selling a property , I have never particularly enjoyed having to deal with an estate agent. Sales bravado, thinly veiled lies and more concern for their commision cheque than my property transaction usually marred the experience. Not so with Phil Vanstone, he was a pleasure to deal with and didn't come across with the usual 'agenty' superficiality. Thanks Phil for making our recent house purchase actually quite an enjoyable experience.

PHIL has gone beyond his duties as an agent and he also showed a lot of compassion to us. He had helped us in many ways to put the house on the market. Cutting and clearing fallen trees after the storm from the driveway to helping tidying the garden because my husband is recovering from a fractured arm.
