•I came to Emily at L+S Pennant Hills because the associated rental branch of that firm had done a good job managing the property when it had been rented. The property had to be sold as part of the estate of my late wife. Emily understood my situation and treated me with sensitivity and empathy. She and her assistant Katherine were meticulous in keeping me up to date in the marketing of the property. When she had data displayed graphically I received it promptly by email. For simpler things she passed on the information immediately by phone or text and there were times when she rang me several times in a day, whenever she had something new to report or ask. There were many times when Emily had to liaise with my solicitor and the property's strata manager. I have had frequent contact with both and I have not heard a single unfavourable comment from either about Emily's professionalism.
