Results speak for itself. Property was sold within the 3 week auction period. Chris managed to close the deal on Day 21 overcoming a number of challenges and achieving which I believe is a fair and resonable price for both the purchasers and the vendor. Chris conducts himself in the most professional manner at all times. Chris provided prompt updates post every single open houses and key client interactions. Marketing plans were transparent and well executed. In addition Emily is courteous , patient and provided a great deal of heart warming support to my elderly mum who is going through one of the toughest times of her life.
