I was tasked with selling a renovated property, from a family portfolio. We had a choice of offers, some seemed more genuine than others. We didn't get a record price for the suburb, but we got a really healthy price all the same. Laing & Simmons and his communication and honesty were excellent.
I have been burnt before by other agents and solicitors. So pleasingly documentation, following procedures(with complete transparency), and done by the book, with no "She'll be right "shortcuts being a good match for my dot the I's and cross the T's expectations.
