As a buyer, we were very happy with Kent. He was professional, supportive and communicative throughout the process. I never had to remind him of anything, and I felt he made the process fair for us and the vendor at the same time - which couldn't have been easy. During the cooling off period - he spent extra effort opening up the property multiple times to sort out issues in the B&P report and tried his best to accommodate our requests. On one occasion, when a tradie ran late - he patiently waited with us at the property for 60+ mins at the end of the day. We did not feel rushed or pressured through the buying process, at all. We recommend him highly and will choose him if we ever want to sell a property.
