We first met Kent during an inspection to purchase an investment property. Although that particular property wasn't the right one for us, we were so impressed with Kent's customer service that we gave Lyndell our portfolio of investment properties in that area to manage. When it was time to sell one of those properties it goes without saying that there wasn't anyone else we would trust with this task. We cannot speak highly enough of Kent and Lyndell. In particular, we are impressed that they have a great team that work with them as well as always knowing what is going on with all of our properties. We feel that they care about our properties as much as we do and this is really important for us. We are wrapped with the result Kent achieved on our sale as well as his management of the process.
