I have a few properties in rent with them and it has been amazing service and they treat you with respect. Everytime i put a maintenance request in they will always get it sorted for me and their communication has been impeccable.

Maria Anoo from Laing and Simmons Caddens has just become our property manager and I couldn't be happier. She has been informative and provided great assistance right from the beginning. She conducted a property inspection and sent report and findings within a couple of days of the inspection. There was a maintenance issue at hand and she organised contractor, quotes within a short time frame, sent progress photos and kept us informed at all times. I have been very happy with her services and I do not have any concerns whatsoever of her looking after our investment property

I had to suddenly move from my previous rental house and was finding it really difficult to get approved for a new rental anywhere especially in the housing crisis atm. Me having 2 kids had me so worried about possibly being homeless and I felt as though no other realestate company cared about anything other than finding the perfect tenants with the perfect history. If you did have any discrepancies on ur past leases no one would look at your application, they wouldn’t even talk to me about how those came to be on my history rentals, they didn’t care it was always an instant rejection. But then I applied for my current rental house and Laing and Simmons were completely different. They were in contact with me straight away and were very supportive in trying to help me get approved and they did.. I am so thankful to them going the extra mile and continually being in contact to help however they could, while always being kind and always with a smile… I am sooo in love with my new rental it is perfect for my family and I hope to be here for years to come
