Connor was exceptional in helping our family secure the property we liked. In terms of rental process, it was fairly easy from start to finish as it is mostly done via e-documentation, bar the property viewing & key collection. However, some Laing + Simmons Realestate Agents lack professionalism and communication. We attempted to address a minor issue with the property, to which we received quiet a blunt and dismissive email reply back from the Senior Property Manager. Some emails received have almost felt accusatory, rather than solution based. Upon key collection, we also did not receive much information regarding how rent payment was set up, allocated keys and rental reporting (any damages/issues).
