Aman Puri is a very competent professional agent that communicated his strategies & expectations consistently throughout the sale process of my property. He respectfully included myself & my wife in all matters big & small with information that promoted confidence in his selling skills. HIs cultural background was an advantage with prospective buyers & was evident of this in the negotiations & strategies implemented in the sale, which by the way achieved the highest sale price at the time for the area. His persona is such that you that you can't help feeling confident & at ease with him knowing that your best interest is his major priority. His honest appraisal regarding prices & evaluation were spot on. As a vendor I would have no hesitation dealing or recommending with him or Laing Simmons for any future property sales or purchases we may have. Thank you again Aman & the team at LS, St Mary's / Ropes Crossing

Aman demonstrated his extensive knowledge of the property market, particularly in Ropes Crossing ang provided us with options and strategies on how to sell our house effectively, considering current market trends and prices. He ensures that there were no hitches to the settlement process, including offering assistance in finding an alternative accommodation for us post sale. He maintained an open communication line with us, giving us updates as necessary. We find him to be approachable and easy to talk to, even with most minute details. He is highly recommended.
