My Husband and I previously had our home on the market with another Agent, unfortunately we were unable to sell as the purchase fell through due to buyers being unable to get finance. This turned out to be good for us as we accepted an offer lower than what we originally wanted, as the previous agent made us believe we would not get the price we wanted. I had previously touched based with Aman to inspect a property we were interested in looking at. After our sale with the other agent fell through, Aman and I kept in contact for around 6 months, and I am so glad we did. We later decided to put our home on the market again, and this time to list with Aman. Best decision we could have made. Our house was on the market for two weeks and sold for the price we wanted. My husband and I doubted we would get the price we wanted and thought about reducing the price, however, Aman was confident that we would get the price we wanted, and we should not reduce our asking price. Aman definitely came through for us. What I like about Aman is the openness. The communication for me was spot on. He also appears to be very enthusiastic which gave us confidence in him. Anyone can talk themselves up, but it is the results that you cannot talk up. I do not normally write reviews; however, Aman went above and beyond for us, recommending Aman to anyone looking to sell their home is my pleasure.
