Greg guided my elderly mother through two successful property sales at Blakehurst (one private treaty, the other by auction). We selected Greg as our agent because of the rapport he build with my mother - rapport and communication skills that other agents we interviewed did not demonstrate. During the sales process Greg was meticulous, followed up every lead, and kept us continually informed. He was always available - mornings and evenings - 7 days/week. Greg is in touch with the local property market - through his network he was able to obtain a number of key buyer and developer insights which greatly informed our sale decisions. Greg demonstrated integrity - he could likely have convinced us to accept a generous pre-auction offer - but suggested we might do better on the day. Our auction closed at more than $100k above reserve ($1.3M sale price). We were very happy with the outcome, and even Greg was excited on the day. What more do you want in an agent ??? Attention to detail, follow-up, rapport, communication, insights and integrity. Greg will be selling my next property - excellent value for money.
